When you purchase a ZWIP membership, your payment is a commitment for ZWIP to provision capacity, AI usage, and voice minutes for you in advance. Because that capacity is reserved for you from the start of your billing period, subscriptions and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Refunds are not provided, except in exceptional circumstances and only at the sole discretion of ZWIP (zwip.co.uk). If you believe your situation is exceptional, contact us at support@zwip.co.uk and we will review your request, though approval is not guaranteed.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals. You retain access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for; no partial or pro-rata refund is given for the remainder of a paid period.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period using your saved payment method, unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will not provide refunds for a renewal that takes effect because it was not cancelled in time.
One-time top-up voice minute purchases are consumable digital goods made available to you immediately and are likewise non-refundable once purchased.
Free voice minutes earned through our referral programme have no cash value and are non-transferable. If a referred member's qualifying payment is refunded (in an exceptional case) or the membership is cancelled within its committed period, related referral credits may be reversed. Nothing in this policy affects any rights you may have under applicable consumer law that cannot be lawfully excluded. Where you begin using a digital service immediately, you acknowledge that provision starts at once and, to the extent permitted by law, you consent to that and accept that statutory cancellation rights may no longer apply once the service has been provided.
