ZWIP gives PLAB 2 tutors, course providers and medical schools a way to hand a whole cohort realistic OSCE practice on demand — AI simulated patients, exam-style timing and structured feedback after every station — with your own admin area to see how they are getting on.
We are opening our first partnerships now, which means the terms are still ours to shape together.
ZWIP has no partners yet. You would be among the first, and we would rather say that plainly than dress it up.
What that means in practice: you get our attention, you get a say in how a cohort licence actually works, and you agree terms with the people who build the thing rather than with a sales team. It also means you are backing something young, and the fair trade for that is that early partners should get better terms than late ones. We intend to honour that.
What we will not do is invent proof we do not have. There are no logos on this page, no case studies, and no pass-rate claims from cohorts that do not exist. That rule is built into the product rather than just this page — our public pass-rate figure stays hidden until enough candidates have told us their real result for the number to mean anything.
You run mock circuits, one-to-ones or small groups, and your candidates go quiet between sessions. ZWIP gives them somewhere to keep practising — and gives you something to point at when they ask what to do in the gaps.
You already sell a structured PLAB 2 course. A cohort licence lets you include on-demand practice in what you sell, under your own admin area, without building simulation software yourself.
Your students need OSCE rehearsal that does not depend on staff availability or a simulated-patient budget. We can set up a cohort, keep its data separated from every other organisation, and report usage back to you.
We publish comparison pages arguing that spaced daily practice beats squeezing preparation into one intensive block, and that AI patients fill the gaps a study partner leaves. We stand by both. Neither says a good tutor is replaceable — read them and you will find we say the opposite.
What software does well is volume and consistency. It will run the same station forty times at two in the morning and hold it to the same standard every time. What it cannot do is watch a candidate’s hands shake, hear the thing they are not saying, or tell them the truth about their manner. That is your work, and there is no version of this where it is not.
So the split we are proposing is simple. You do the teaching, the judgement and the part that needs a person. ZWIP does the reps.
Everything below is built and running now. What is not built is directly underneath it — we would rather you found that out here than in month two.
Your cohort sits in its own organisation. Their accounts, courses, feedback and results are separated from every other organisation in the application’s access layer — not by a filter someone has to remember to apply.
We set your candidates’ accounts up with you, and every account is bound to your organisation automatically. You can see who is in your cohort, when they joined and what plan they are on.
Practice sessions started, voice minutes used, how many of your cohort were actually active rather than merely enrolled, and the average pass rate across every consultation we have scored for them.
The feedback your candidates leave, including their responses to the survey we send after their real PLAB 2 — filtered to your organisation and nobody else’s.
You can add courses, modules and lessons for your cohort. Your candidates see your material and ZWIP’s shared station library together, and no other organisation sees yours.
Your admin login reaches your organisation and nothing else. Seat limits, billing status and user roles are locked at our end, so a partner admin cannot quietly raise its own cap or promote an account.
Four things partners ask for that we have not finished, so you know before you ask.
Self-serve invitations
Today we set your cohort’s accounts up with you rather than you sending invitations from a dashboard. The screen exists; the send button does not.
Your branding inside the app
Your settings let you upload a logo and set a brand colour, but right now those are stored rather than applied — your candidates still see the ZWIP interface. A custom domain exists in our data model and nowhere else.
Reporting depth
You get 30-day totals for the cohort, not a drill-down on an individual candidate and not a chart by day.
Your own stations
Courses and lessons, yes. The OSCE station library itself is a single shared pool that only we can edit, which stops one organisation’s changes leaking into another’s practice.
If one of those is the thing that decides it for you, say so in the form. A founding partner asking for something is the fastest route we have to building it.
History taking, clinical explanation, relatives, colleagues, teaching, breaking bad news, consent, complaints and ethical dilemmas — practised out loud with an AI simulated patient, at any hour, in any time zone.
Stations run to exam-style timing, and the patient can be made anxious, angry or evasive so candidates rehearse what unsettles them. Mock exam mode recreates the full circuit.
Every consultation is scored against the three PLAB 2 domains — data gathering, clinical management and interpersonal skills — with specific points to work on rather than a verdict.
We have not fixed commercial terms, because with no partners yet it would be dishonest to pretend we know what is fair. Here is the shape of what we are offering. The numbers are a conversation.
You take seats for a group and hold them in your own organisation on ZWIP. It suits academies running defined intakes and universities running a year group. Terms depend on how many candidates and for how long, which is exactly why they are not printed here.
You send your candidates to ZWIP with your own link and we share what it earns. The attribution and reward tracking already runs in the product, so the plumbing exists. What we would agree with you is the split.
Co-run a mock circuit. Write stations together. Bundle ZWIP into a course you already sell. This is the option we most want people to pick, because first partnerships are how a product finds out what it should be.
Not sure which fits? Say so. “Not sure yet” is a legitimate answer on the form below.
A reply from a person, within two working days
Not a sequence. If we are not the right fit, we will say so and, where we can, suggest what is.
A short call, if you want one
Half an hour to understand what you teach, who you teach, and what is not working in the gaps between your sessions.
A pilot cohort, not a deck
We would rather set up a small real group and show you the admin area with your own candidates in it.
Terms, once we both know what we are agreeing to
Written in plain English, and better than we will be able to offer once there is a queue.
A person reads every one of these — there is no sequence at the other end. We reply within two working days, even if the answer is that we are not the right fit.
