Some cases arrive as a telephone call with no video, exactly as they do on the day. Consulting well without being able to see the patient is a distinct skill, and it is practised here rather than discovered in the exam.
Clinical Management and Medical Complexity is worth more than the other two domains, so a warm, well-structured consultation with a thin management plan still comes up short. Your marks show you exactly where that happens.
