qSOFA
Also known as: quick SOFA
A rapid bedside score (altered mentation, low blood pressure, high respiratory rate) flagging patients at higher risk from sepsis.
Recognising sepsis risk and escalating quickly is a critical safe action; qSOFA is one way to frame that concern.
