DVLA disclosure

The duty around driving and medical conditions: patients must inform the DVLA, but if an unfit patient continues to drive despite advice, the doctor may need to inform the DVLA.

Classic ethics scenario: advise the patient of their duty, document it, and only break confidentiality to the DVLA as a last resort if they keep driving and pose a risk.
